Our services

A part that fits.
A place to start.

We design and 3D print custom parts for homes, hobbies, and small projects. A broken clip, an awkward mounting spot, or a rough idea is a good place to start.

01

Custom CAD design

From a rough sketch, measurements, or an existing part to a model shaped around the agreed fit and function.

02

Functional 3D printing

One-off parts and prototypes, printed primarily in PLA. We review each application for material and process suitability.

03

Fit checks & iteration

When useful, a test piece can be included in your quote to check the agreed fit or function before final handoff.

A starting point for your budget

Small jobs. Clear prices.

Initial discussions and quotes are free. We confirm the total in writing before you commit.

Print-ready parts

$20 minimum per order

For straightforward PLA printing from a suitable existing file. Design changes or file repairs are quoted separately.

Custom design & print

from $65

For a small, straightforward part. Your quote confirms the design work, print quantity, and included revisions.

Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes and shipping are additional. More involved designs, fit checks, and finishing are quoted for your project.

A quote before you commit

Ordinary initial discussions and quotes are free. The price depends on design time, size, material, quantity, and any fit checks. If scoping needs paid design work, we agree that with you first.

Pickup or delivery

Local pickup in King George, Virginia, is by arrangement. Domestic shipping may be available, with shipping charges and estimated completion confirmed in the quote.

Choose the handoff

A printed part, an agreed CAD export, or both. Digital files and prototype prints are included only when listed in the quote.

Desktop FDM printing turns the agreed model into a test piece or finished part. We currently print primarily in PLA and consider whether the material and process suit each project.

A clear process

From “what if”
to the agreed handoff.

01

Share what you have

Photos, a sketch, measurements, or a broken part are all useful starting points.

02

Define & design

We confirm the requirements, deliverables, and quote before paid work starts.

03

Check what matters

A quoted test piece can help check agreed fit or function when needed.

04

Receive your project

Your quote specifies a printed part, CAD export, or both. Shipping or pickup is agreed during scoping.

Small jobs belong here.

You don’t need a production run or a finished design to get in touch. We work on one-off parts and prototypes, with each job quoted individually. We’ll tell you plainly if the material or process isn’t a good fit.
